The guides

The guide text was prepared for this site using the references linked in each chapter, including Thonky, Zelda Dungeon and Zelda’s Palace. These are independent editorial guides, not official Nintendo publications.

Chapter 02

A Link to the Past maps

Ian Albert assembled and annotated the maps and explicitly permits their reuse on his website. We retain his attribution and source links. The original game graphics belong to Nintendo; the author’s permission does not grant Nintendo’s rights.

Chapter 03

Original site illustration

The woodland fairy illustration was generated for this website from an original concept, without Nintendo reference images. It is decorative fantasy artwork, not a game screenshot. Other sites’ illustrations and maps are linked at their sources rather than reproduced here.

Chapter 04

Music and free play

Sound is synthesized in your browser at A4 = 440 Hz. No game recording, MIDI file or preloaded Nintendo melody is used.

Chapter 05

Credits and licenses

The locally hosted Manrope, Marcellus and IBM Plex Mono fonts are distributed with their SIL Open Font License notices. Hyrule Atlas is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with Nintendo.

Chapter 06

Corrections and removal requests

Use the project’s issue tracker to report an error or request removal. Include the page address, the material concerned and the basis of your request. Do not post confidential documents or private contact details in a public issue.
